Twisungane Cb Group's story

Nadine is a 30-year-old mother of two children who are 3 and 5 years old. Her husband is a driver, and for the past five years, she has owned a grocery store.

Nadine is the leader of the group called Twisungane CB, which in English means “let us come together.” Group members, who will share in this loan, sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Nadine will use her loan to buy more maize flour, rice, cooking oil, sugar, and salt to sell in her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to increase her savings and also expand her business. She is thankful for your support.

"Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members, but was able to photograph one representative.
