A loan helped To buy threads, fabrics, and needles for sewing.
Vahide was born in Hakkari in 1976. She is married, and a mother of 10 children. When Vahide met with TGMP in 2013, her husband was unemployed and was having financial difficulties during that time. Vahide used her first microcredit loan to start tailoring with a sewing machine at her house and improve her business. Vahide's acquaintance with TGMP, a Kiva field partner, paved the way. She opened a small shop in 2015, feeling stronger economically as the amount of credits she used increased. Vahide grew her business day by day and has improved her shop with the support of her family. The last time she took out a microcredit loan, she bought curtains and increased the variety of products in her store. Vahide now aims to buy threads, fabrics, and needles for her sewing business with her microcredit loan from Kiva.
