A loan helped to buy more African fabrics.

Sugira Tcb Sub Grp A Group's story

Chantal is a 29-year-old mother of two children who are aged between six and 10 years old. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past two years, Chantal has been selling African fabrics.

She is the leader of the group named SUGIRA TCB SUB GRP A, which in English means “Prosperity.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Chantal will use her loan to buy more African fabrics to sell within her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business and also be able to buy a sewing machine to enable her do tailoring with African fabrics.

Chantal is thankful for your support.

Note: Due to the global pandemic Urwego was not able to photograph all the members, but was able to get one representative for the group photo.
