Anaclet's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to increase the inventory for his wholesale clothes shops and start a new store.

Anaclet's story

Anaclet is a hardworking father and entrepreneur living in Karongi near one of Rwanda's refugee camps.

He started with a small retail clothes shop. Anaclet's business has tremendously grown to where he is a wholesaler now in two different big markets. Anaclet after attending AEC/Inkomoko training acquired knowledge that has improved his customer care services and his marketing strategy that has attracted more loyal customers.

Anaclet's business has employed six permanent and casual staff with 60% being women and 40% being refugees. He is also known to be a supplier of clothes in Kiziba camp which has eased the traveling of long distances to purchase stock.

Anaclet has been able to improve the well-being of his family and pay the children's school fees. He has had a big impact in changing both refugees' and host communities' lives. He would like to take a loan to increase the inventory for his wholesale clothes shops and open a new store to be able to satisfy the growing demand. He hopes to create more opportunities and employ even more.
