Ascheyla's story

Hi, my name is Ascheyla and I am a 32-year-old young woman living in Aguadilla Puerto Rico. I studied in the Department of Education of Puerto Rico (Public System). Additionally, I hold several Manager courses. I am a passionate surfer and also I love nature. I have been working in the foodservice industry for more than five (5) years. My excellent work ethic and customer service made me stand out and I was given the opportunity of becoming the general manager with my previous employer. My project “Arepas to go Rincon” is born as part of my expertise in the industry and my belief in contributing to the economic growth of Puerto Rico. Another major factor that drove me to make the decision to become an entrepreneur was the COVID-19 pandemic, currently affecting everyone worldwide.
