Twitezimbere Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sugar, rice, soap, and cooking oil to sell.

Twitezimbere Cb Group's story

Marie Louise is 24 years old and married. Her husband is a businessman. For the past two years, Marie Louise has owned a grocery store in her community.

She is the leader of the group called Twitezimbere CB, which means “let’s develop each other” in English. The group members who will share in this loan sell items and own a variety of businesses.

Marie Louise will use her portion of the loan to buy more sugar, rice, soap, and cooking oil to sell in her community. With the profits from her sales, she will put away some money as savings and also expand her business.

Marie Louise is thankful for the support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group.
