A loan helped to buy different varieties of cereals such as corn and beans to sell in the local market.

Purity's story

As the moon fades away to give way to the beautiful sun, Purity (34-year-old mom of 2) jumps out of her bed to go to her farm. She is a smallholder farmer practicing dairy and crop farming to make a living. She enjoys farming, for it is her means of securing the basic necessities of life.

Purity started farming due to economic necessity. As hardworking as she is, she possesses immense knowledge, skills, and experience in farming. Purity owns a small parcel of land where she practices crop farming and rears dairy animals.

Purity has realized that cereal trading is one of the most profitable businesses in Wote, where she lives. The only big challenge she faces is the lack of funds. She is requesting a loan to buy cereals. She intends to buy different varieties of cereals such as corn and beans to sell in the local market.

The market for the cereals is never a problem because the demand is always high, and she plans to take advantage of that. Because of the good relationship she has with her neighbors, Purity plans to increase her market by using word of mouth to reach more customers and markets. Purity thanks you in advance for your help and contribution.
