La Union Group's story

La Union Group consists of 17 members who are in their first women’s committee loan cycle. They are also in the poverty elimination program in which all strive to overcome their poverty situation and provide for their families.

Petronila is one of them and her reason for joining the group was to improve her situation and offer better living conditions to her loved ones. She sells food and beverages and this work has allowed her to offer better living conditions to her loved one so they may enjoy a better quality of life.

Petronila stands out as a hardworking person who does not let difficulties get her down. She strives to continue improving so she can give her family all the best.
