Stalin Geovanny's story

Stalin Geovanny is 26 years old and single. He has no children, and he lives at home with his parents. They live in Portoviejo, a city that was affected by the earthquake on April 16, 2016, and is now being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, tropical fruits and other produce for domestic consumption.

Stalin Geovanny works for a state-owned enterprise and is paid monthly for his work. In his free time, he sells athletic shoes for women, men and children that a brother-in-law manufactures. He pays him in advance for each order of shoes because he does not have much capital, and he sells the shoes on credit and collects payments every week.

At first, the social isolation due to various restrictions and fears of spreading the virus kept Stalin Geovanny from working because he could not go out to make his sales. However, he is currently working and following biosecurity protocols.

This loan is for the purchase of athletic shoes for women, men and children.

Stalin Geovanny’s dream is to have a shoe store and for his family to be very healthy.
