A loan helped to buy paint.

Villa Paris Group's story

Gilberto Alexander, 26, lives with his wife and their two children, aged 10 and 2, who are their dependents.
Gilberto works as a maintenance agent for a company in the area. He is very good at his job and this brings in money for the household. However, he needs to improve his house, where the walls are in disrepair.
This is why he asks for a loan to buy paint to paint the walls. This is special paint which will prevent water from accumulating in the walls, thus protecting the family's belongings inside. Gilberto dreams of living in a house which is safe and of improving his standard of living.
Gilberto wants to give his family a place where they can live with dignity and to build a better future for his children.
Gilberto, together with Wendy and Daniel, is a member of solidarity group Villa Paris. All three members are responsible and hard-working and share the same goal: building a better life for their families.
