Dufashanye Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more cooking oil, rice, sugar and maize flour.

Dufashanye Cb Group's story

Clementine is a 31-year-old mother of four children who are between 3 and 14 years old. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past two years, Clementine has owned a grocery store.

She is the leader of the group named Dufashanye Cb, which in English means “Helping each other.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Clementine will use her loan to buy more cooking oil, rice, sugar and maize flour to sell in her community and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business and also be able to provide for the family

Clementine is thankful for your support,

Due to the global pandemic Urwego was not able to photograph all the members, but was able to get one representative for the group photo.
