Viola's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy farm inputs such as fertilizer and high-quality seeds.

Viola's story

Farming is a risky business, especially when it comes to unpredictable weather conditions and market trends. However, female farmers like Viola, a 41-year-old mom of three, find the courage to invest their resources in farming. Viola is the major breadwinner in her family. She grows crops on her farm. Although she has earned profits through farming, not everything has been easy for this humble and industrious mother.

Viola's farm has not been producing optimal harvests due to lack of fertilizer and good seeds, along with pests and diseases. She is seeking a loan of 80,000 KES to buy farming inputs. With the loan, Viola will be on her way to a bumper harvest and more profits. Using good seeds and fertilizer, she will reap more, which will assure that she can comfortably take care of her family and repay the loan.

Viola’s plan is to increase her farming and save more money so that she can buy more land for farming. Please support this smallholder farmer, who needs your help today to be able to get ahead and pursue her dreams.
