Tamara Thalia's story

Tamara Thalia is 26 years old, in a common-law marriage, and has two children, ages 4 and 7, who go to school. Her spouse is a security guard. They live in a house they rent. They live in Portoviejo, a city affected by the earthquake on April 16, 2016, and now by the COVID-19 pandemic. It is a city which is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits for domestic consumption.

Tamara Thalia works at a store where she is paid monthly. In her free time, she sells products from catalogs of shoes, jewelry, and Belcorp (Ibel, Cyzone, Esika) (beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes, and women's accessories). She leaves her products on credit and collects weekly.

At first, the social distancing left her without work due to the fear of the virus and various restrictions which prevented going out to sell. But, currently she is working, following the biosafety protocols.

This loan is to purchase orders of shoes, jewelry, perfumes, creams, deodorants, makeup, etc. Her dream is to own a house and for her family to be very healthy.
