Yves's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to open a bakery that will be the main supplier of bread (and its derivatives) to his coffee shop and others in the area.

Yves's story

Yves is one of the growing entrepreneurs in the coffee shop business in Rwanda. He started his business in 2017 with 500,000 RWF from his personal savings. He is married and has one child.

Yves is a business oriented person with great customer service and high quality products. His coffee shop is in a strategic place with many customers and is known for producing the best coffee in town. He has even partnered with three companies to deliver coffee every morning.

Despite the pandemic, he kept all his employees and is planning to hire even more when the lockdown is lifted.

Yves improved the well being of his family and pays his children's school fees. He has been an active participant in the AEC/INKOMOKO program where he was trained in book keeping, marketing strategy, and customer service skills. He has been applying these skills for a while.

Yves is requesting a loan to open a bakery that will be the main supplier of bread (and its derivatives) to his coffee shop and others in the area. This new venture will be a source of additional income and create more jobs.
