Tuliya Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up on secondhand clothing to strengthen her initial capital.

Tuliya Group's story

Madame Noella is a client of the MFI Hekima and the leader of the village group "Tuliya." She is 29 years old, married and the mother of seven children, all of whom attend school. Her spouse is a driver.

Noella sells secondhand clothing. She launched this business seven years ago with start-up funds she received from her mother. She later became involved with the Hekima program to support her business, which has since made steady progress.

With this new loan, she will stock up on secondhand clothing to strengthen her initial capital. The challenge facing her business is related to an unstable currency.

Noella would like for her children to pursue their education. She would also like to build a house. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support they provide to non-bankable business owners during the global COVID-19 crisis.

To comply with COVID-19 social distancing measures, only the group leader appears in the photo.
