Uamsho Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase two bales of secondhand clothing to strengthen her initial capital.

Uamsho Group's story

Madame Julienne is a client of the MFI Hekima and leader of the groupe villageoise Uamsho. She is 56 years old, married, and the mother of eight children, all of whom are in school. Her husband is a local government officer.

She sells secondhand clothing. She started this business in 1998 with startup funds she received from her husband. Later she joined the Hekima program to support her business, and she has been gradually improving since then.

With this new loan, she will purchase two bales of secondhand clothing to strengthen her initial capital. The challenge for her business is due to poor merchandise.

She would like for her children to continue their studies and she would also like to expand her business. Lastly, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for their support of non-bankable businesses during the global Covid-19 crisis.
