Ronald Kendal's story

Ronald Kendal, age 38, is a micro-entrepreneur living in the city of Barranquilla with his family. He works buying and selling auto parts.

His idea for the business arose thanks to his father's teaching about mechanics; he worked in this area. This brought Ronald to thinking about starting his own business buying and selling auto parts. The business has functioned for six years, and has permitted him to improve his quality of life. These days, it is his only source of income. He has potential customers such as friends, neighbors, referrals, and visitors, who have contributed to the growth of his business. But due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, his level of work declined due to bio-security issues and his income dropped drastically.

He requests his first Kiva loan from the Fundación Santo Domingo in order to invest in the purchase of parts for vehicles. Please support him with his loan for his business.
