A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during Covid-19.

Wati's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Wati. She is thirty-four years old and married with three daughters. Wati is a laborer and her husband is a driver. One of her children is still in school. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their children to access the course materials and send assignments to their teachers.

She has applied for a loan of 1,800,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI at Gunung Kaler branch to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during Covid-19. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the income from her husband.

Wati is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her children and to improve their living conditions and create a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.

Note: The girl in the photo is Wati's daughter.
