Mujeres Luchadoras Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase all types of thread, needles, and frames, among other materials.

Mujeres Luchadoras Group's story

The group called Mujeres Luchadoras are heads of their families who fight for a better quality of life for their loved ones so they don't go through need. They are within the poverty elimination program, and are known in the area as hardworking women who fight to improve themselves.

One of them is Nilda, who through effort and work has managed to get ahead and offer better living conditions to her loved ones. She works making and selling crocheted items, and comments that although her business is modest, it has allowed her to generate an income to help her family.

She defines herself as a sacrificial person who does not let herself be overcome and fights for her family to be able to offer them a better future, and so they don't go through needs.

She is requesting this loan to purchase all types of threads, needles, and frames, among other materials to continue with her crochet work.
