Maravilla Group's story

Nelson Joel is 23 years old. He lives with his life partner and their two-year-old child, who depends on him financially.

Nelson has worked for nine years as a worker at a company in his community. He works on rotating schedules from Monday to Saturday. It is a job that he does very well and that allows him to generate an income to help with the household responsibilities. But he wishes to improve his home, so he is applying for a loan to buy cement, blocks, and sand. With this investment, he hopes to put up some walls and finish a room. This will allow him to expand his home more and to offer his family security. He dreams of offering his family a good quality of life and a good future.

Nelson, along with Ester, Blanca, Ignacio, Jose, Ernesto, and Henry, make up the solidarity group "MARAVILLA." They are responsible, enterprising, and committed people who are aiming for the same goal of providing for their families.
