A loan helped to buy catalog products to sell.

Castillo Group's story

Doña Sara Emilia is the leader of the Communal Bank named “Castillo”. She lives with one of her daughters and a five-year-old grandchild. All of her children are grown. Sara Emilia is an enterprising woman who has been selling a variety of catalog products and gifts for all occasions for many years. She is requesting a loan in order to buy more catalog products so that she can restock her store. Sara Emilia has many customers since her business is located at a market in her community. Everyone is already familiar with her products, so they go to her shop to find what they need.

Her dreams are to improve her quality of life, improve her income, and improve her products. Her goals include continuing to remodel her house with the profit she earns. She has been able to make gradual repairs to her house until it is completely remodeled. Sara Emilia is grateful to FAFE for the support she has received.
