Masupu's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase the ACE One hybrid energy system for cooking, lighting and charging in a way that is safer, cleaner and saves money.

Masupu's story

Masupu is a 46-year-old woman who lives in a multi-bedroom house, without access to electricity, with 10 other family members, including 4 children.

Masupu relies on self-employment and struggles with buying multiple fuels and insufficient income. She spends the most amount of her energy expenses on wood, which costs up to LSL30 per month. She also spends as much as on hour per day gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs like phone charging.

Masupu bought the ACE 1 cookstove to help her and her family save the money spent every month on fuel and also to help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free.

The ACE 1 clean cook-stove is biomass and solar-powered.
