Sonia Luz's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy drums of cooking oil, dressings, and other raw materials to prepare chicken sandwiches.

Sonia Luz's story

Sonia lives with her partner and her minor daughter, who is her economic dependent. She has 2 children aged 26 and 20. She has no relatives living abroad.

Sonia's business is selling chicken sandwiches. She runs this business with the help of her daughter, both work from 4:30 am to 9:00 pm. She learned this trade on her own initiative and because of her desire to improve herself she has improved her skills and is passing them on to her daughter. Her advantage is that she has no competition for her business in the area.

She has decided to request a loan because she needs working capital to resupply her business. She will invest it in drums of cooking oil, dressings, and other raw materials to prepare chicken sandwiches. She will also repair the building where she has set up her business. She hopes to have a space that will provide security during bad weather. In addition, by buying in bulk, she will reduce costs and thus obtain more profits.

Her dreams are to provide a dignified lifestyle to her loved ones and, in time, to pass a very large business on to her daughter.
