Mujeres De Capitan Meza Group's story

This group is called "Mujeres de Capitan Meza". It is in the city of Encarnación and includes 27 women who joined to be able to offer their families better living conditions. They are helping each other to be able to offer their loved ones everything they were not able to have.

One of them is Herminia. She is married and the mother of one child. She says that she has a small store where she works every day, starting early in the morning. Through this, she helps her family. She wishes to give her child a better quality of life, without lacking necessities. She defines herself as self-sacrificing person who, despite daily difficulties, does not let herself be defeated, and who seeks the way to be able to improve.

She requests this loan to buy assorted products to sell in her store, such as vegetables, bread, canned goods, meat, fruit, and other products.

Note: Although there is only one person in the photo, this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo, to avoid gathering people during the Covid-19 pandemic.
