Pheap's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy construction supplies to renovate her old home.

Pheap's story

Aged 42, Pheap is a widowed woman and highly respected in her local area. She has been working as a farmer for more than five years. Agriculture is the main source of her family income. Properly prepared fields or plantations technically are the first important things that she needs to do to make the soil fertile and high yield for all types of agricultural crops. She has to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers and switch to natural fertilizers instead, because chemical fertilizers are only effective in the short term and can make the soil sticky. Water evaporates and the soil quality gradually deteriorates if farmers use it excessively.

Due to a shortage of money, Pheap is asking for a loan to buy construction supplies to renovate her old home. She hopes that, through the help of the loan, she can provide everyone in her family with a suitable place to live and comfortable living conditions. Pheap will have enough funds to purchase construction supplies, such as bricks, cement, zinc, and other necessary items, and to pay for labor costs.

Pheap sends thanks to all lenders for helping her, and poor people like her, to improve her family's economic situation. She believes that, through her hard work and perseverance, she will be able to attain a better standard of living someday.
