I graduated in 2006 from La Escuela Hotelera de San Juan since then I have worked in different restaurants with different styles or typical cuisine, from oriental (my favorite), Italian, Mexican, Caribbean, etc. I have always felt great love and passion for cooking. Well, anyone who has worked in the kitchen just because he needs a job knows what I'm saying. To endure so many hours on his feet, the temperatures, the cuts, the little time he spends with loved ones that can't be tolerated by many people, you really must love what you do.
