Jyambere Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more cooking oil, rice, beans and sugar.

Jyambere Cb Group's story

Jeannette is a 43-year-old mother of ten children between the ages of three and 20 years old. Her husband is a businessman, and, for the past eight years, she has owned a grocery store.

Jeannette is the leader of a group named Jyambere Cb, which in English means, “going forward." Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Jeannette will use her portion of the loan to buy more cooking oil, rice, beans and sugar to sell in her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business and provide for the family.

Jeannette is thankful for your support.

"Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the members in this group but one representative, Jeannette, is attached to this group loan".
