Susan's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy cereal grains such as corn and beans, which she plans to resell and make more income to support her family.

Susan's story

Susan (46) is one of the most hardworking women on planet Earth. She is a humble mother of three children who has been a farmer for more than a decade, and this is her sole source of income.

She has gained much knowledge, skill, and experience, which is why other farmers seek advice from her about the best planting seasons, crop and animal diseases, and farming methods.

Susan lives with the apple of her eye (her husband) and children in a remote village in Eldoret. Although she makes a profit from dairy and crop farming, she is not living comfortably and has always wanted to increase her income by selling cereals. Kenya's Eldoret area, one of the country's most populated regions, has a high demand for cereals.

Susan is requesting a loan to buy cereals to help satisfy the constantly rising demand. Thanks to hard work and commitment, Susan is going to make the best of this opportunity and earn more income for her family. Her goal is to earn enough profit to repay this loan and set a good foundation for her children.
