A loan helped to buy feed for animals.

Union Group's story

Each one of the members of this committee has set a goal of being able to grow not only economically but also as people. They are participating in the Poverty Elimination program.

Nimia is one member of this committee. She earns a living producing and selling milk and also eggs. She comments that although her work is humble it allows her to help with the household expenses. Nimia sees herself as a self-sacrificing person who looks for the means to be able to give the best to her family so they don't go without.

She is requesting this loan to buy feed for her animals so she can continue with her production.

They are grateful for the opportunity they are receiving so they can continue their work as they have been doing.

Note: There is only one person in the photo but it is a group loan. A group photo is not possible without a gathering of people, prohibited because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
