Roberto's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy spare parts to service and maintain his motorcycle.

Roberto's story

Roberto is 33 years old, married and blessed with two children. His wife is a farmer and supports the family by producing food crops such as potatoes and beans. He has been in the motorcycle transport (local people usually call it ojek) business for five years and earns money to support his family’s everyday needs.

The bike transportation business is very common in the area due to very bad roads where most of the people live in the rural area which is difficult to access by four-wheel cars.

This is his first loan from Kaebauk. He will use the loan proceeds to buy spare parts to service and maintain his motorcycle. With the anticipated profit from the improved business, he will repay the loan and expand the business.

His future hope is to be financially stable as a result of the profits from the business.
