Dukore Tcb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to stock up her business by buying more beans, sugar, salt and maize flour.

Dukore Tcb Group's story

Catherine is a 30-year-old mother of three children, aged between 4 and 10 years old. Her husband is a civil servant, and for the past four years, she has owned a shop in her community to try to make ends meet.

Catherine is the leader of the group named Dukore TCB, which in English means “Lets Work”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses within the community and outside their community.

Catherine will use her loan in stocking up her business by buying more beans, sugar, salt and maize flour so that she can sell within her community. She hopes to use the profits from her sales to enable her to grow her business, and she hopes to build her own house in the near future.

She is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members but was able to photograph one representative.
