Tuzamurane Cb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more bananas, plantains, cassava, and groundnuts.

Tuzamurane Cb Group's story

Siphora is a 31-year-old mother of four children, ages 3 and 11 years old. Her husband is a motorist, and for the past four years she has owned a food stall in her community.

Siphora is the leader of Tuzamurane CB Group, which means “growing together” in English. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Siphora will use her portion of this loan to buy more bananas, plantains, cassava, and groundnuts to sell in her community and meet customer demand. She hopes to use her profits to expand her business.

Siphora is thankful for your support!

Due to the pandemic, Urwego was unable to photograph all group members. The photograph is of Siphora, the group representative.
