Mujeres En Victoria Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy flour, corn, milk, eggs, oil, sugar, etc.

Mujeres En Victoria Group's story

Socorro is a 33-year-old single mother of two children. She works selling and making bread and ice, which she has been doing for two years. She says she started selling ice and firewood, and when she needed more income to cover household expenses she started making and selling homemade bread.

She is seeking this Kiva loan (through field partner Fundenuse) to buy raw materials for her business. Her goal is to increase business productivity and her dream is to continue construction on the house she recently acquired. She is part of the "Mujeres en Victoria" lending group alongside Rosalina and Yeinson.
