but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy display cases, plants, and other products.

San Antonio Group's story

The communal bank “San Antonio" is located in the city of Coronel Oviedo. All of the members are fighting for a better quality of life for their loved ones. The members of this group want to grow, not only financially, but also as people. This group is participating in the Poverty Elimination Program.

One of the members of this group is Sara, who has a business selling pottery in front of her house. She launched this business after she became a widow, because prior to that her husband used to generate income for the household. But Sara is very tenacious, and she decided to fight to continue to improve so that she can help her family.

Sara is requesting this loan to buy display cases, plants, and other products so that she can continue with her sales. This way, she can offer a greater variety of products to her customers.

Note: in the photo you see only one person, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo due to the need to avoid putting people into clos proximity during the Covid-19 pandemic.
