A loan helped to buy baby chicks and ducks for raising.

Bung Lao 15 Group's story

Thuy, 38, is a farmer and mother of two children. Her first child is studying in the 11th grade and her second is in the 2nd grade. In the picture, Thuy is on the right wearing a red T-shirt.

Thuy's family mainly relies on agricultural production such as rice, chickens and ducks for a living. Because of the instability of income from agriculture, Thuy and her husband sometimes also work as a construction worker or gardener.

Recently, Thuy requested her ninth loan from the Anh Chi Em Program in order to have enough money to buy more chicks and ducks for her farm. Thuy is satisfied with the training and counseling provided by the program. This has helped her consistently overcome the difficulties in cultivation and animal husbandry in order to make their production more efficient.

Thuy hopes that this investment will be as successful as the previous ones so she can better provide for her family. Thuy dreams that her family will have an abundant life and that her children will have good jobs with bright futures.
