A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during COVID-19.

Beni Ihwati's story

Good day, lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Beni Ihwati. She is forty-one years old and married with one son and one daughter. Beni Ihwati runs a business selling food, and her husband is an employee. One of her children is still in school. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of homeschooling that uses an online system. This has made it difficult for Beni Ihwati's child to access the course materials and send assignments to the teacher.

Therefore, Beni Ihwati has applied for a loan of 6,800,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during COVID-19. Beni Ihwati's income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Beni Ihwati is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her children, working to improve their living conditions and create a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank all lenders.
