San Juan Bautista Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy bundles of second-hand clothing.

San Juan Bautista Group's story

Luz, age 36, is married and the mother of three children. She works in sales. She sells used clothing as a street vendor on Sundays, and the rest of the week, she goes to sell in her work location.

She again requests a loan from Fundenuse with Kiva funds to stock her inventory. She says that, with the profits from her business, she has managed to improve her living conditions. Her goal is to continue with her business and to increase her clientele.

She belongs to the communal bank "San Juan Bautista” with Dominga, who sells tortillas, "chanfaina" [a typical stew], and firewood; Damaris, who sells medicines and household items; and Adelayda, who sells ground coffee, "chanfaina", and firewood.
