Iterambere Acb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy more sorghum.

Iterambere Acb Group's story

Agnes is a 47-year-old mother of seven children who are aged between 6 and 24 years old. Her husband is a farmer, and for the past ten years, she has been selling foodstuffs.

She is the leader of the group called Iterambere ACB which, in English, means “Let's Develop”. Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Agnes will use her loan to buy more sorghum to sell within her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to expand her business and also provide medical insurance for her family.

Agnes is thankful for your support.

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to get a photograph of all the group members. The photograph is of Agnes, the group representative.
