Dukundane Acb Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped who will use her loan to buy more sugar, soap, salt, cooking oil and maize flour.

Dukundane Acb Group's story

Patricie is a 49 year old mother and is married with two children aged 6 and 14 years. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past twenty years she has owned a grocery store.

She is the leader for the group named Dukundane Acb. In English this means “Let's love each other.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses.

Patricie will use her loan to buy more sugar, soap, salt, cooking oil and maize flour to sell within her community and meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to provide medical insurance for the family and improve the living standards of her family.

She is thankful for the support.

"Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all the members. Urwego was able to get one representative for the group photo".
