Leemue's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase more soap and oil to sell.

Leemue's story

Meet 33 -year-old Leemue, who lives with her husband and 3 children. All of her children are attending school and live at home. Leemue attended school up to 12th grade. She owns a business selling soap and oil. She sells 6 days a week and has been managing her sales for 6 years now. She uses a car to transport supplies to her business site. Leemue learned how to sell from her mother, who gave her the money to start the business.

Leemue likes her business because it provides her with an income. In order to continue growing her business, she requested this loan from Brac and KIVA Field Partner to purchase more soap and oil to sell in order to generate more profits and increase her income. Her plan for the future is to continue her childrens' education. She says thanks and gives appreciation to Brac and the Kiva community for their support.
