Luafuluvalu's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy taro root seedlings, banana tube seedlings, chemicals, a bag back sprayer, and a chainsaw.

Luafuluvalu's story

Luafuluvalu is a 44-year-old married woman with 8 children. She runs a business of selling taro and banana in her community to earn a living. She has 4 years of experience with this business. Luafuluvalu works very hard to please her customers with her fresh taro and banana. She even delivered her products to the flea market by using the bus for transportation.

She thought she would earn more income if she planted more banana and taro, but in order to do this, Luafuluvalu needs a loan to buy taro roots seedlings, banana tube seedlings, chemicals, a bag back sprayer, and a chainsaw to help her run the business. She comes from a family in which no one works to earn a living, so only her business will help her family's needs.

Her dream is that one day her family will have a great living standard. She became a member of SPBD in 2016 to seek finance for her business. Luafuluvalu realized that your support will be a big help for her and her family to develop through financing.
