La Conscience Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to get supplies of oil, flour, tomatoes, and salted fish.

La Conscience Group's story

Ms. Aime is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and presides over the village group named “LA CONSCIENCE”; she is a widow, 39 years old, and the mother of five children, all in school.

A vendor of foodstuff, she started this enterprise eleven years ago with startup funding from the Hekima program to support her enterprise. She has been working progressively in it since then.

With this new loan, she will stock up on oil, flour, tomatoes, and salted fish, and this will bolster her initial capital. The challenge in her business has to do with missing customers.

She would like to feed her family and for her children to continue their studies. So she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners lacking cash during this global crisis linked to COVID-19. The photo shows only the group leader because of COVID-19, so as to respect social distancing measures.
