A loan helped to purchase young chickens, corn, and plantains.

Ingrid Elizabeth's story

Ingrid Elizabeth and her family live in Lodana, in the canton of Santa Ana. They work in agriculture, where they have corn and rice crops, in livestock, and in cuisine, she has a variety of typical dishes.

At their house, Ingrid Elizabeth and her spouse work buying and selling plantains, they buy these on other farms. They also raise chickens. They sell these to merchants who come to buy in bulk and also to their neighbors, who always purchase from her due to their good quality.

The only person in her family who got sick from COVID-10 was her, and she has been gradually recovering. At first social distancing had her without work due to the fear of the virus and various restrictions which prevented her customers from coming to purchase. But, currently she is doing it with the biosafety protocols.

This loan is to purchase young chickens, corn, and plantains. Her dream is that her sales return to how they were before and that her family is very healthy.
