Don Bosco Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy dyes, creams, shampoo, rinse, hair treatments and other products.

Don Bosco Group's story

The Don Bosco committee has been working with Fundacion Paraguaya since 2017. It is in it's 12th loan cycle with the Women's Committee program. It has 21 members who have all committed to working and helping each other in order to get ahead.

Norma is a member of the committee. She has two children and she comments that she has a beauty salon where she works every day. She mentions that through this business she helps her husband with the household expenses and together they look for the means to raise their two children.

Norma sees herself as a fighter who despite her day-to-day difficulties does not give up and looks for a way to continue to help her loved ones.

She is requesting this loan to buy materials for her work like dyes, creams, shampoo, rinse, hair treatments and other products to satisfy her customers.

Note: There is only one person in the photo but it is a group loan. A group photo is not possible without a gathering of people, prohibited because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
