Jocelyn Lisette is 29 years old. She lives with her 9-year-old daughter who depends on her financially as she is a single mother.

Jocelyn has been working at a factory as a machine operative for six years. She works from 6:15 in the morning until 4:00 in the afternoon from Monday to Friday. She does extra hours on the weekends to have more income and to give her daughter better financial stability.

Jocelyn is applying for a loan as she wants to carry out changes to her home which will make it more secure. She will buy sand, gravel and cement to make a small hallway in her home.
