Benkadi Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy herbicides and other products for his field in order to have many peppers to sell.

Benkadi Group's story

Adama is a Malian farmer, married and 47 years old, father of 3 children aged 14 to 2 years, including 2 girls in school and a boy not attending school. His wife works as a housekeeper. He has been growing chili peppers for 5 years wanting to increase his productivity and income.

Adama experienced a lack of funds. Therefore, he applied for a loan from the MFI to buy more fertilizer and herbicide to maintain the chili field during the winter season in eight months. He will then harvest the crops and sell it at the local market to make a profit of between 25,000 and 75,000 CFA francs.

It would enable him to cover the family's small expenses (medical care, school fees, and food).
