Yryvukua Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to purchase fruits, vegetables, canned goods, meat, and other products to sell in her little store.

Yryvukua Group's story

This group formed in the city of Concepcion, a sensitive area due to the presence of armed groups that intimidate people in the area, but in spite of that the members have not given up and continue to struggle for a better future for their families.

One member worthy of mention is Gladys. Her business is modest; she has a little grocery store in which she works every day starting early in the morning, and this business is the way she helps her loved ones. She comments that she is requesting this loan for the purchase of various products to stock up her business with fruits, vegetables, canned goods, meat, and additional items. Gladys says that she is married and the mother of two children, whom she struggles every day to support so that they don't have to endure hardships; further, she helps her husband by bringing more income into the household.

Note: Only one person appears in the photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo because of the need to avoid getting people together during the Covid-19 pandemic.
