A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online educational needs during Covid-19.

Iah Juriyah's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Iah Juriyah. She is 48 years old and married with one son. Iah Juriyah and her husband run a business selling food.

Her son is still in school. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This has made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and send assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 2,700,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI to buy a smartphone for her child's online educational needs during Covid-19. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Iah Juriyah is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her child and improves the living conditions and creates a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity, and wants to thank to all lenders.

Note: The boy in the photo is Iah Juriyah’s son.
