Domingas's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy a variety of items to stock her kiosk.

Domingas's story

Domingas is 55 years old and married with four children. Her husband is a driver. In 2019 Domingas opened a kiosk where many people come to buy goods every day. The family also raises chickens and buffalo to earn extra income.

Domingas would like a loan of 1,000 USD through Kiva's field partner KIF to help improve her kiosk. She plans to use this loan to buy inventory such as noodles, milk, cigarettes, sugar, coffee, fish, biscuits, water, Fanta, Coca Cola, Sagiko, beer and body lotion. She would also like to buy a refrigerator to keep drinks cold.

Running her business has made Domingas independent because she can be responsible for herself and also help support her family. She hopes to run a bigger business in the future and wants to thank lenders for this opportunity.
