Santa Cruz Group's loan finished fundraising,
but these similar borrowers just need a little more help to reach their goals!

A loan helped to buy materials for the accessories she sells such as hair presses, headbands, handmade textiles, turbans and other handicrafts.

Santa Cruz Group's story

They are the entrepreneurs of Santa Cruz, a Pro Mujer community association in Jinotepe, Nicaragua. They live in the rural area and sell bread, cosmetics, accessories and sewing.

Yesca del Carmen (wearing a blue blouse and flowered skirt), 49 years old, is active in her group. She is a widow and had a son who is 30 years old now. Overcoming is the word that drives her to follow her dreams.

A new loan will allow her to buy materials for the accessories she sells such as hair presses, headbands, handmade textiles, turbans and other handicrafts. In the last five years she has worked and put her creativity to work, she loves to weave and work wonders with her hands.

Help these entrepreneurs create their progress!
